Shipping

  1. York Woodworks is currently offering shipping on mirrors up to 24" x 24" only to the Continental U.S. only.

  2. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  3. Local customers within 30-40 miles of our shop (Solon, Ohio) are asked to stop in and pick up orders their orders, rather than have them placed for delivery.

  4. Heavy and large items will incur an additional fee. Please message the page or email yorkwooworks@gmail.com to request a shipping quote.

  5. Shipping time for online orders is 15-20 business days - please plan accordingly! We cannot guarantee the on-time delivery of any items before a specific date before the conclusion of this window. 

  6. Items damaged in shipping will be addressed on a case-by-case basis with the shipping carrier. You may contact our customer service department with damage claims.

  7. Email yorkwoodworks@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the order number, & please allow 3 business days for a response.

  8. The tracking number for your order will be provided to you.
